A tangled mess of black hair bobbed through the crowd of students in the great hall as the first day of the school year began. Elizabeth Destiny Greyback made her way to the Gryffindor table, catching up with some old friends like Dominique Weasley was always fun. She smiled softly as she looked up at the Headmaster as they spoke.
"Welcome one and all to another wonderful year at Hogwarts. All our first years have been sorted and are not with their own house..." Dang it, Elizabeth thought to herself as she rest her chin againts the palm of her hand, I missed the sorting. Stupid too many to carry trunks. The Headmaster introduced the teachers for all the first years and cautioned the students like usual. Don't go into the Forbidden Forest, be careful around the Black Lake, don't cross Professor Daniels. Everyone always laughed at that one, except for Professor Daniels of course. She smiled softly as she looked around the large room as the rest of her housemates and others from different houses began to gorge on the huge feast prepared. Elizabeth was one of them. Being a werewolf she had a large appetite from her wolfish instincts of whatever.
She smiled slightly. Every year, her housemates couldn't believe how in the bloody hell she could eat so much, and still be as beautifuly figured as she was. They didn't know she was a werewolf however, so she just blamed it on a high metabolism and laughed off the awkwardness soon to follow her response. Elizabeth didn't do too well with awkward, so she just laughed to break the tension. Laughing was good, laughter healed according to her mother, who always laughed every day.
Elizabeth waved her friends goodbye and started back towards the common room. But not before running full speed into a boy, almost knocking them down if he didn't have such good balance, or maybe that was her, Elizabeth didn't really care to tell at the moment; and from his crest he was from Slytherin. "I am so so sorry," she apologized, a bright red blush across her cheeks as she picked up the boy's books, her own books scattered within the mix.

Al stood up and brushed off his robes. "Its quite alright" he said. He took the books from her. "thanks". He looked at the girl and he thought she was kind of pretty. But he knew that his friends at the Slytherin table would in no way approve of him covorting nevermind dating a Gryffindor. No matter HOW attractive she is. "Im Albus Potter by the way, my friends call me Al. I guess that means you can call me Al also." His cheeks turned red. He has always been awkward around girls."Well erm..I guess I have to go..I mean I havnt eaten yet...perhaps Ill see you again sometime". Al left the girl and walked towards the Slytherin Table. "Crap I never got her name" he turned back. "damn shes gone" Just my luck he thought to himself. He sat down in an empty seat and piled some food on his plate. For some reason it didnt seem appealing anymore. He just sat at the table and pushed the food back and forth across the plate thus spilling some onto the table. "why did I have to run away like a moron?" He thought. "BLOODY HELL!" he shouted. All eyes adverted to his direction. He shook his hand as if he cut it. His act however, was not very convincing. Instead it made him seem more dim witted. Many faces of his fellow slytherins turned bright red in shame. Others were shooting him dirty looks. "Erm...sorry, i guess im just not myself today" he told the others. He then got up to leave the table and of course tripped over his own feet today. "Pull your self together Al" he told himself "you ARE much better than this." He scrambled to his feet and hurried off towards the exit of the great hall. Hopefull noone will remeber this tomorrow. Or perhaps I should ensure noone will remember. Al liked his plan better.
